Zaara Dental is specialised dental care provider that caters to people with special circumstances requiring them to be at home. We provide full dental services to patients, equivalent to other dental practice but in the comfort and privacy of their own home or care facility.

Zaara mobile dental service is a Dunedin company providing specialised at-home dental service. Faced with an increasingly ageing population and people needing special care dentistry in our community, we aim to provide dental treatment in the comfort of your own home or care facility, without the hassle of travelling to a dental provider.

We deliver a wide range of dental services directly to you at your home, rest home or care facility. We have specific arrangement with certain care facilities, do contact your care manager for more information.
Our team of dental professionals are trained to provide specialist advice and care for all your dental needs. We are equipped with high-tech mobile dental equipment that will fit into any space within your home.

Ms Sandra Mason
Sandra has been working in the field of General dentistry/special care dentistry and also age care Dentistry for more than 20 years. Her role includes clinical support and administrative management. She has a wide range of all aspects of dental care, and is very experienced in home and aged care domiciliary visits in Dunedin.

Dr Nurulhuda Thiyahuddin
BDS, DClintDent (Otago)
Nurul has been a general dental practitioner for more than 20 years and has previously run two established dental practices. She has worked at various places in the UK, Malaysia and New Zealand. In Dunedin, Nurul has been attached to the Dental Faculty for more than ten years and has completed her postgraduate training in Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Otago) in Special Needs Dentistry. Her passion is in the treatment of older patients and people with special needs.

We will also have a specialised mobile digital radiography unit for a complete diagnosis of your dental requirement. Our setup is in accordance with the New Zealand standard for dental domiciliary service.
